Join us at the Redwood Grove located at the UC Berkeley Botanical Garden. Guests must take a 10-minute shuttle ride from the parking lot to the venue, so please account for this additional travel time.

We would love for you to join us in celebrating the essence of springtime. We kindly ask our guests to dress according to our chosen theme.
Ladies: Floral prints, pastel shades, and airy fabrics that capture the essence of a whimsical garden gathering. Please no solid white or cream colored dresses.
Gentlemen: Light-colored suits, dress shirts, and smart loafers. Hats and fascinators are welcome to add a touch of flair! Please no black, but navy is okay.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our garden ceremony will take place outdoors. The tall redwoods provide complete shading for the area. We hope for a warm spring day, but please check the weather beforehand and prepare accordingly.
Our reception will be indoors at the Concord Hilton.
What will parking be like?
The ceremony at UC Berkeley Botanical Garden will require a shuttle ride from the Lawrence Hall of Science. We highly encourage carpooling for easy parking and faster shuttles. Please arrive a minimum of 30 extra minutes early for shuttle travel time.
Plenty of parking will be available for our reception.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Please do not take photos or videos during the garden ceremony. We will have a professional photographer and videographer on site to capture this precious day so you don’t have to. Please sit back, relax, and enjoy this celebration to the fullest.
Guests will be able to take photos before and after the ceremony.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Our outdoor ceremony venue has fully paved walkways as well as a designated seating area for those in wheelchairs or with physical limitations.
Can I bring a plus one?
To ensure an intimate gathering, we kindly request no additional guests unless indicated on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.
Can I visit the botanical garden?
Yes! Our guests have access to the UC Berkeley Botanical Gardens before and after the ceremony free of charge. It’s a great place to take photos, learn about unique plants from all over the world, and enjoy nature.
Are children welcome?
Children are more than welcome to celebrate with us for our garden ceremony.
However, we ask parents to leave the little ones under 12 with our onsite babysitter for the reception, allowing everyone to partake in the festivities without any worries. Dinner and plenty of snacks and entertainment will be provided of course.
The kids will be in a room across from the reception ballroom, so feel free to check in on them throughout the night.
